A tram station is walking distance to the hotel, very central location. It is walking distance to a casino and eateries. The breakfast variety is gorgeous with rate unable to provide as had run out of supplies, GREAT service.

During my recent stay at the hotel, I was delighted to find a lovely, clean, and comfortable room with a big, cozy bed. The breakfast included in the room rate was a great bonus, allowing us to choose from a variety of delicious options from the cafe menu each morning. Additionally, the hotel's location was excellent, with easy access to the central city and botanic gardens. I had a pleasant and enjoyable experience.
There was a miscommunication regarding our bed preference. This was not what we had requested and expected.
